As far as $park’s “BIO” goes, we’re just keep it as gangsta as possible & straight to the point. $park is 22yrs old, born & raised in Texas, his mother was
arrested for selling crack, and his father still slangs. 2 yrs ago, $park dropped outta college, packed up everything he had, and caught the next bus
to Atlanta GA in pursuit of a record deal. $park hit the underground scene hard by opening up for anyone who’d let me. Eventually, he ended up opening for Lil Scrappy, Trillville, & Pastor Troy at a show in Rome, GA. Scrappy & Trillville had just
signed with Lil Jon’s indie label, BME but they didn’t have the deal with Warner Bros. at the time. After the show, Lil Scrappy’s manger asked $park if he had a
manager. $park said, “No.” And at that time, he told $park that he was managing Scrappy and he wouldn’t mind managing $park as well. $park agreed. As time
went on, $park was inducted into “The G’$ Up Click,” a group of rappers Lil Scrappy had put together….Sorta like 50’s G-Unit & Ludacris’ DTP Click.
At first, things were going good. Scrappy & $park recorded numerous underground mixtape joints together. But after a while, things started to turn sour. $park realized that after Scrappy secured distribution through Warner Bros, their manager started to slack
off & not pay attention to any of his other acts, including $park. The final straw came when Crime Mob, a group my manger signed before me, had also landed a
distribution deal with BME/Warner Bros.
Needless to say, $park’s manger & $park decided to part ways so now $park’s back in Texas at square one on da grind collaborating with some of Houston’s
finest rappers due to the strong relationships $park built while touring with Lil Scrappy. Paul Wall, a well know Houston based rapper who recently signed a
major deal with Warner/Atlantic recently joined forces with $park on a “remix” version of $park’s underground single “I’m From Texas,” which is sure to
be Texas anthem. $park’s underground grind has also paved the way for numerous mixtape appearances on DJ 31 Degree’s “Blitz The Block Mixtape.” $park has
recently layed down verses for upcoming mixtapes by DJ Ryno (Houston DJ) , DJ Smallz , DJ Explicit, & future projects from DJ Chuck T himself. Now $park’s
ready to show the world why $park’s about to take over the game with his new “official“ solo mixtape entitled, $park-Da Lone Star Kid….He’s been through
the struggle. Now it’s time to eat.
